Watson Land Company incorporated in 1912, yet its heritage dates back more than 200 years to the first tract of land granted to a private citizen in Southern California. To honor this rich history, Idea Hall and Watson have launched "The Heritage Continues" a two-year campaign leading up to Watson's centennial anniversary in 2012.
The campaign celebrates Watson's historical impact on regional development and highlights the company's dedication to sustainable development and community service. We kicked off the campaign with the unveiling of the company's new logo, Web site and advertising campaign, including a billboard ad along the 405 Freeway near Watson's new corporate headquarters in Carson, Calif. The new Watson facilities are designed to Platinum LEED® certification.
