A group of competing office landlords in Ontario, California has joined forces to attract new businesses to the city and new tenants to their buildings. CIP Real Estate/Guggenheim Real Estate, RREEF, Transwestern, The Hileman Company/Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Unire Real Estate Group have pooled their marketing resources to drive leasing, and Idea Hall has designed a campaign that brings it all to life.

The result? OntarioHQ, an integrated marketing initiative showcasing Ontario’s competitively priced office market and its pro-business climate. The campaign includes the new OntarioHQ.com website (check it out!) and an OntarioHQ brochure. Both provide information on leasing, area restaurants, nearby retail and entertainment services, transportation, demographic data and more.

In the true spirit of cooperation, the brokerage community, city and county also joined in to get the word out by participating in public relations and e-mail marketing programs.

Overcoming the tough challenges in today’s market requires innovative thinking that sometimes includes teaming up with the competition. OntarioHQ is a perfect example of what it takes to stay competitive.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

PERC Water - Innovative Water Recycling - Pure GeniusOn June 30th, California Gubernatorial Candidate Meg Whitman toured PERC Water’s new water recycling facility in Santa Paula, California. The award-winning project replaces the city’s 71-year-old treatment plant and will significantly reduce operational energy costs. Whitman recognized the project as “a great example of how we can use technology and innovation to improve vital services to California.”

PERC Water is no stranger to technology and innovation. This was the guiding principle when Idea Hall was enlisted to create the company’s new brand identity. We also helped PERC Water leverage technology through the delivery of a website Content Management System. This tool enables the PERC Water team to seamlessly update website content and post new announcements to PERCWater.com.

KZ Devco - Driving Great Results
 
 
 

Build-to-suit developer KZ DevCo has completed construction on seven new CVS/pharmacy and Long’s Drug Stores in 2010, and has seven more on the way. How does KZ do it? Through a vertically integrated service platform that delivers the right location at the right cost.

Idea Hall worked with KZ DevCo to get the message out to retail and real estate audiences through advertising and public relations. Our media team landed key placements in both the local and trade media, including in-depth Q&A’s and feature stories highlighting the firm’s activity.

Next, we revved up our creativity with a branding ad that captured KZ DevCo’s high-octane approach to retail development. A souped-up shopping cart was the perfect image for a company that’s on the move.
