A group of competing office landlords in Ontario, California has joined forces to attract new businesses to the city and new tenants to their buildings. CIP Real Estate/Guggenheim Real Estate, RREEF, Transwestern, The Hileman Company/Pacific Coast Capital Partners and Unire Real Estate Group have pooled their marketing resources to drive leasing, and Idea Hall has designed a campaign that brings it all to life.
The result? OntarioHQ, an integrated marketing initiative showcasing Ontario’s competitively priced office market and its pro-business climate. The campaign includes the new OntarioHQ.com website (check it out!) and an OntarioHQ brochure. Both provide information on leasing, area restaurants, nearby retail and entertainment services, transportation, demographic data and more.
In the true spirit of cooperation, the brokerage community, city and county also joined in to get the word out by participating in public relations and e-mail marketing programs.
Overcoming the tough challenges in today’s market requires innovative thinking that sometimes includes teaming up with the competition. OntarioHQ is a perfect example of what it takes to stay competitive.
