Having long since developed its Southern California land holdings, Bixby Land Company is now best known as a skilled real estate investor and operator that owns more than 6 million square feet of commercial property. Idea Hall has worked with Bixby since 2006 on numerous strategies that serve as the backdrop for an interesting study in brand evolution.
Our initial work involved logo development, an integrated design package, website, public relations, media and advertising. As with many companies, changing market conditions create new opportunities, and Bixby’s case was no different. The company grew its investments in value-added office and industrial real estate, repositioned its portfolio toward institutional quality properties and formed a REIT.
Idea Hall then went to work on a new corporate brochure to convey the growth of Bixby Land. The website also received a new look, including a dynamic property database that serves as an excellent tool for leasing efforts.
As companies evolve and grow, marketing collateral and messaging needs to keep pace with that change. Think of it as brand evolution.
